Ultimate "OLD BUG" still works in DotA 6.68b ???

Ultimate Bug in DotA !!!
Works on EVERY hero BUT Pudge and Vengeful Spirit. It still works in 6.62b - 6.68b .
This bug TELEPORTS you to place where you bought / picked up dagger.
